CA Attorney General and DOJ reviewing 105 Freeway shooting involving CHP officer

A CHP officer responded to multiple reports of a man walking across the 105 Freeway on Sunday at 3 p.m. Footage shows a deadly altercation between the officer and the man in which the officer fired three rounds. Conan Nolan reports for the NBC4 News on Nov. 20, 2023.
