Suspect in Capitol Chaos May Have History of Mental Illness

The 34-year-old mother from Connecticut who tried to ram a gate at the White House and lead police on a dangerous chase through Washington, D.C., allegedly has a history of mental illness that may have started when she suffered a bad fall years ago. Her 1-year-old daughter was in the car during the chase and deadly shooting. Gadi Schwartz reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2013.
