Charges filed in deadly road rage shooting that killed 4-year-old boy

Initially a man and a woman were arrested in connection to the child’s death. According to the DA’s office at this time only the man, Byron Burkhart is being charged. Karma Dickerson reports for NBC4 News on Dec. 19, 2023.
