City responds to concerns of homeless encampments in Palms

Business owners and residents in the Palms area are asking that more be done about a homeless encampment on Durango Avenue and Venice Boulevard that blocks sidewalks and encroaches on a Metro bike-share station. Karma Dickerson reports for the NBC4 News on Jan. 16, 2024.
