Concealed Weapons Permit Applications Spike in OC

Orange County Sherriff’s officials say the number of applications for a permit to carry a concealed weapon has spiked since last week’s 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that changed the previous guidelines for granting permits.
