Congressman Holds Forum to Announce Law to Ban Internet Gun Sales

The mass shooting that left five people dead in Santa Monica in June is the reason one Congressman wants to make it illegal for people to buy parts on the internet to build their own assault weapons. Congressman Henry Waxman held a forum Monday to announce he will introduce a federal law to ban the internet sale of gun kits.
