Major COVID-19 Vaccine Trials to Resume

The latest COVID-19 cases numbers from LA County are not headed in the right direction. Public health officials just announced another 19 deaths and 1700 new cases. Meanwhile, preparations are underway to resume a major COVID-19 vaccine trial in the LA area. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020.
