Fatal Police Shooting Outside West Adams Liquor Store

A witness says police shot and killed a man typically seen outside a neighborhood liquor store. Another witness says the slain man was scratching tickets and drinking wine when the altercation occurred. Police say they recovered a handgun at the scene. Robert Kovacik reports on Sept. 18, 2013.
