Downtown LA Freeway Shooting Leads to Turmoil

Traffic was shut down for hours in downtown Los Angeles after a man was shot and dumped on the 110 Freeway. He was still alive Saturday night. Jane Yamamoto reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013.
