Former Westside Pavillion Mall transforming into UCLA research hub

UCLA announced its plan to transform the 700,000 square-foot property into a research hub, expected to bring together scholars, corporate partners, government agencies and start-ups. The project is expected to finish in five years. Tracy Leong reports for the NBC4 News on Jan. 3, 2024.
