Friends Remember Hit-and-Run Victim Who Died Skateboarding

Friends gathered to remember a woman who was killed by a suspected DUI driver that is now under arrest. One friend said she brought sparklers to her vigil, because the free-spirited woman wasn’t much of a “candle person.” Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2020.
