Fullerton Homeless Forced to Leave Encampment

Fullerton Police say they gave notice to the residents of the trackside encampment a month ago that after Friday, anyone still living there would be arrested for illegal camping. Police have made 50 arrests in the last week, mostly for drug use. Volunteers handed out bus and train tickets, trying to help those who want to leave.
