Gangs: We Want Peace, Too

In the middle of last night’s chaos, word that rival gangs — the Bloods and the Crips — had called a truce aligned against Baltimore police. If this sounds familiar, the rival gangs also brokered a truce as the LA riots broke out in 1992. Gordon Tokumatsu reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
