Garcetti Eyeing Ways to Boost LA Water Supply

Only 10 percent of the water used in Los Angeles comes from the city. Amid this year’s severe drought, Mayor Eric Garcetti is pushing to increase that amount and rely less on outside sources. Kim Baldonado reports from Elysian Valley for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2014.
