Gov. Brown Signs Bill Giving Undocumented Immigrants Licenses

Immigrants in the country illegally can now obtain a California driver’s license. Gov. Jerry Brown joined Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck for the historic signing ceremony in front of Los Angeles City Hall.
