Governor Signs New Law for Bike Safety

A new law requires a safe space for bike riders on the road and that means a three-foot buffer between bikes and cars. The governor vetoed similar legislation twice before so will this new law work to make the roads safer? Ted Chen reports from Mid City for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Sept.24, 2013.
