Graphic Video: Police Allow Dog to Bite Naked, Unarmed Man

It shows an August 2015 incident where a San Diego Police K-9 Officer instructed his dog to bite a naked and unarmed subject who, according to San Diego Police reports, indicate that the officers on the scene believed the subject was under the influence of drugs and a threat to them. The original police call was for a welfare check of a naked male screaming and running through a canyon.
