Groundbreaking new device targets liver tumors

There are only 8 of the new devices that target liver tumors in the entire world, one of them in Orange County. Doctors are hopeful that it can be the future of how patients can deal with their cancer diagnosis. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News on April 1, 2024.
