Heavy Downpour Strikes Quickly in Riverside

Eight people had to be rescued and several cars were damaged when flash floods hit Riverside County Sunday. Conditions calmed but were expected to pick back up again by Monday afternoon. Annette Arreola reports live for Today in LA on Sept. 8 2014.By: Jeff Scharping
