Family of Hit-and-Run Victims Demand More Safety

Ana Soto says she held a rally in front of Ritter Elementary School to draw attention to a dangerous intersection, the site of a hit and run that left Soto’s 8-year-old niece Anjelica Arreola in a coma and killed the girl’s father. “The place where it happened, there was no speed bumps, no stop sign, and it’s right in front of the school,” Soto says. Antonio Castelan reports from Willowbrook for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on April 27, 2012.
