Homeless man detained after harassing woman sleeping in Santa Monica home

Police say 34-year-old Anthony Townsend entered an apartment on 7th Street through an unlocked sliding door and exposed himself, tried to grope a woman sleeping inside. Darsha Philips reports for the NBC4 News on Sept. 13, 2024.
