Husband Speaks Out After Wife Killed in Hit-and-Run

The husband of a woman who was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Fullerton said he and his wife of 30 years were on their way to an Easter gathering when the crash occurred. Tracey Leong reports April 10, 2023.
