IRS Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your tax refund yet and are struggling to reach anyone at the IRS, you are not alone. The government agency is struggling with backlogged claims and hiring enough employees to handle all the calls it’s getting. Randy Mac reports for NBC4 News at 8 p.m. on July 5, 2021.
