LA County Grant Offers Up to $30,000 to Small Business Restaurants 

LA County started the Keep LA Dining Grant Program, offering up to $30,000 to small non-corporate restaurants, many people tried to apply Wednesday night but the application website quickly crashed. Kim Baldonado reports for NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2020.
