LAPD Commission Director Richard Tefank retires

Richard Tefank retired on Friday after more than 50 years in law enforcement, the last 20 of which he spent as the behind-the-scenes Executive Director of the Board of Police Commissioners for the Los Angeles Police Department. Eric Leonard reports for the NBC4 News on March 29, 2024.
