LASD Cadet Hurt in Whittier Crash Shares Story of Survival

Four months ago, more than two dozen LASD cadets were injured in Whittier when an SUV crashed into them. To this day, some of them remain in the hospital. A 27-year-old woman has finally come home, grateful for another chance at life. Tony Shin reports for the NBC4 News on March 23,2023.
