Man arrested for groping, trying to kidnap a girl in Wilmington

The 11-year-old victim was walking in Wilmington Monday afternoon when the man approached her from behind, fondled her chest and tried to kidnap her. Mekahlo Medina reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024.
