Man Charged in Kristin Smart Case, DNA Matched With Rape Case

NBC4’s I-team has learned the man charged with Kristin Smart’s murder in San Luis Obispo, was DNA matched to the rape of a woman in Southern California, but was never prosecuted. Eric Leonard reports for NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on April 22, 2021.
