Man Drowns as Family Picnics on Father's Day

A man drowned at a small fishing lake during a family picnic on Father’s Day, officials said. Witnesses said the victim had been drinking with a couple of other men before he jumped into the water. Gadi Schwartz reports from Cerritos for the NBC4 News at 11 on Sunday, June 15, 2014.
