Man Steals Car With Children Inside At Liquor Store

A man stole a car with two children inside outside a liquor store in San Bernardino while the mother was inside the store. The driver has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and carjacking. Annette Arreola reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016.
