Mini-Metropolis On Display at LACMA

Starting this weekend, you can catch 1,000 hot-wheels cars, dozens of buildings, 18 lanes of highways and 13 trains as part of a mini-metropolis display at LACMA. NBC4’s Ted Chen shifted into high gear and checked it out.
