Moreno Valley School District to pay $27M in settlement over student's death

The Moreno Valley School District agreed to pay a record settlement to the family of a 13-year-old boy who died in 2019 after being sucker punched at his middle school following repeated reports of bullying. Tony Shin reports Sept. 13, 2023.
