Baby Found in Car on Hot Day; Mother Arrested

A mother was handcuffed and taken into custody after her baby daughter was rescued from a hot car in a Ralphs parking lot in North Hollywood Monday afternoon, according to authorities. Whit Johnson reports from North Hollywood for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2012.
