NBC4 helps viewer whose bank refused to cash checks

A Los Angeles woman ran into multiple hiccups after attempting to cash checks with her bank. After a call from NBC4, Gerie’s bank was finally able to resolve the issue and deposit the money into her account. Carolyn Johnson reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2024.
