New changes after NBC4 report on homeless encampment

After a fire broke out in the City of Industry, the owners of the lot are saying they’re “cleaning up” the area and removing the encampments. Karma Dickerson reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
