New law bans plastic bags from grocery stores in California

The days of paper or plastic are coming to an end in California, starting January 2026 due to a new law signed by Governor Newsom Sunday. Karma Dickerson reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2024.
