Newsom Announces 10% of Vaccines to Go to Education and Childcare Workers

Pushing for elementary schools to reopen, Gov. Newsom announced that starting tthe first of the month, 10% of vaccine doses will be reserved for those working in education and childcare. Patrick Healy reports for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2021.
