New Details Emerge in Fatal Midair Collision Over Calabasas

Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board have determined two small planes that collided over the Santa Monica Mountains on Monday were flying toward each other at elevations about 100 feet apart, even though the standard is 1,000.
