11-Year-Old Girl Killed in OC Crosswalk

An 11-year-old girl was killed and her 8-year-old brother were killed in an unmarked Orange County crosswalk. Two cars struck the children. Both drivers stopped and have not been cited. Police say the drivers probably could not have avoided the victim. Vikki Vargas reports from Santa Ana for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on July 25, 2013.
