Outdoor Dining in Pasadena Finally Comes to an End

In Pasadena, the city has its own health department so restaurants have been allowed to continue to serve outdoors, but with available ICU beds in So Cal below 15% all outdoor dining and many non-essential businesses will have to close. Christine Kim reports for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2020.
