Owner of Dog Shot by Hawthorne Police Pleads Not Guilty

Leon Rosby, the owner of the dog shot by Hawthorne Police, pleaded not guilty to multiple felony counts against him Tuesday. His attorney, Mark Geragos, was hushed by the judge in court. Hetty Chang reports from Del Aire for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on August 13, 2013.
