Pastor Accused of Sexually Assaulting Congregants

A Norwalk pastor has been arrested for allegedly forcing more than 20 female parishioners to have sex with him. The pastor and most of the victims are recent immigrants, deputies say. Gordon Tokumatsu reports from Norwalk for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2013.
