Costume Carnaval to Draw Hundreds of Thousands

The annual West Hollywood Costume Carnival is expected to draw nearly half a million revelers. Road closures and traffic back-ups are expected on streets near Santa Monica Boulevard between Doheny and La Cienega. Mekahlo Medina reports from West Hollywood for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. Oct. 31, 2013.
