Pilot Program in LA Seeks to Deter Potential Extremist Recruits

The Obama administration said as many as 100 Americans have gone to Syria to fight for ISIS. Los Angeles, along with Boston and Minneapolis, have been selected for a new pilot program that would use social media, mental health workers and Islamic leaders to watch for those looking to join.
