Plans for Year-Round Homeless Shelter in Long Beach

A permanent, year-round homeless shelter in the city of Long Beach. Late this afternoon, mayor Rex Richardson announced plans to make that a reality. Christian Cazares reports for the NBC4 News on June 9, 2023.
