Police Arrest Wanted Man After Pursuit, Carjacking

Police arrested a fugitive who led them on a pursuit in a stolen car in downtown Los Angeles, crashed, and then carjacked a woman and tried to flee again, authorities said. Gadi Schwartz reports for NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 16, 2013.
