Obama Creates Gun-Reform Task Force: “Words Need to Lead to Action”

President Barack Obama announced Wednesday that Vice President Joe Biden will lead a task force assigned with looking for ways to reduce gun violence following a school shooting in Newtown, Conn. This comes on the same day an anti-gun violence vigil was held outside LA City Hall. Patrick Healy reports from Downtown LA for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2012.
