Protests as De León Returns to City Council Meeting

Of all the power brokers heard on that racist and homophobic leaked audiotape, only LA City Councilmember Kevin de León is still on the job. Protesters flooded City Hall Tuesday demanding him to resign. Beverly White reports for the NBC4 News on Dec. 13, 2022.
