Riverside Manages Traffic From a Control Room
Tom Boyd, with Riverside public works department, says the city monitors more than two dozen intersections and has another set of cameras for red light enforcement. Riverside officials say they believe the electronic eyes, which can generate a $490 ticket if they catch drivers running a red light, make the city safer.
