Rose Bowl Approves Tailgating Crackdown

Some people may consider tailgating at the Rose Bowl a little less fun this upcoming football season.The Rose Bowl Operating Authority (RBOA) voted yes to new regulations aimed at reducing public intoxication, profanity and other disruptive behavior at all stadium events.
